brian
I am a graduate student at Digipen Institute of Technology, nearing completion of a Master of Science in Computer Science, with a focus on real-time simulation and artificial intelligence (AI) and their application to game development.

Building on my Bachelor degrees in Film and Digital Media and Computer Science at UC Santa Cruz, my graduate study has focused on graphics rendering techniques, animation, and AI. As a software engineer at Digital Music Group (now The Orchard) and StoneCobra, inc., I decided to take my skills to a higher level and follow my passion for game development, pursuing a graduate degree at Digipen.

At Digipen, my Master of Science Thesis focuses on applying probabilistic planning to game environments. The goal is to apply advanced planning algorithms to RTS games and agent control.
